All orders placed with Imaana RTW are shipped using J&T Express.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations:

  • West Malaysia: Estimated 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your parcel directly via J&T Express.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Imaana RTW will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Courier Responsibility

Once the parcel has been handed over to J&T Express, Imaana RTW is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier.

Customers are advised to contact J&T Express directly for any courier-related issues.
