1. Return Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Customers must provide a clear unedited video recording starting from before opening the parcel until the item is fully revealed.

  • The video is required as proof to verify the condition of the item upon arrival.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Any return request without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not provided.

We carefully inspect all products before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Therefore, once an order has been confirmed and shipped, refunds are strictly not allowed.

3. Courier-Related Issues

Imaana RTW is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by the courier service after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Customers are advised to contact the courier company directly for any issues related to shipping or handling.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Items reported after 3 days of receipt

  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
